Ojcow National Park is located conveniently close to Krakow at only a shortish drive of 24km North West of the city. It is the smallest of Poland's national parks, at a size of approx 22 km2, but what is lacks in size, it makes up for in beauty.

The park is characterised by a unique landscape of large and unusually shaped limestone rocks, some of up to 50m or more tall such as the park's centrepiece, the massive 'Hercules Bludgeon.' The distinctive landscape makes for interesting and steep walks amongst the environment of rocks, cliffs, ravines, forest and caves and attracts approx 400,000 visitors a year.
