Introduction

Please take the time to read the terms and conditions of AAA Krakau Apartments carefully. Engaging our services involves agreeing and subjecting yourself to these conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions set out in this section, please refrain from engaging the services of triple 'A' Krakau Apartments.

Cancellation Policy

AAA Krakau Apartments cancellation policy is set out to be fair to the client whilst compensating us for lost booking opportunities brought about by the cancellation. The amount charged to the client for making the cancellation is related to the remaining time Krakow Apartments has to find alternative bookings and the cost of returning the funds. Therefore it pays for the client to give notice of a cancellation as early as possible to reduce any unnecessary costs to both parties.

Cancellation of Standard bookings for less than one month

• Cancellation of booking more than 21 *complete days before arrival date
  25% Booking deposit will be returned by bank transfer at the current bank exchange rate, minus bank transfer costs and 50 Euros admin fee.
• Cancellation of booking between 21 to 5 *complete days before arrival date
  25% booking deposit will be retained.
• No show, or cancellation 1 to 5 *complete days prior to arrival date
  25% booking deposit will be retained and an additional 25% of overall booking cost will be charged directly to the credit card of the client.

Cancellation of long term accommodation bookings in excess of one month

Exceptions to the cancellation policy

Full refund will be given irrespective of the time of the cancellation in the case of serious illness, serious injury or the death of the client. The definition of serious illness or serious illness is 'the complete deterioration of health or a disabling infection which prohibits the client from leaving his place of residence, or place of hospitalization (where the client is undergoing treatment) on the date of the commencement of the rental period. A signed doctors note will be required as proof.

Alternative Accommodation in Krakow

Krakau Apartments reserves the right to change the apartment booked for another apartment in Cracow of equal or higher standard, should the original property not be available for any reason. If the apartment is replaced for an apartment of lower standard, then the difference in cost of renting the original and substitute apartment will be refunded.

Damage deposit

In the case of credit/debit card bookings, card details will be held a security for damage to our apartments in Cracow. For bookings other than credit card bookings, the damage deposit referred to on the details page of the apartment must be paid in cash on exchange of keys for the apartment or alternatively a credit card information can be provided at this stage.

The deposit will be returned in full on checkout assuming there is not damage to the apartment other than normal wear and tear.

Damage to the apartment accommodation

We will charge for any major damage to our properties or the breakage of any significant items during your visit including a flat fee of 100 Pln (approx 25 Euros) for loss of keys. Charges will be made in a fair manner to put right the damage, or to replace the broken objects. A spring cleaning charge will also be made to any guestswho are found to have been smoking in their apartment accommodation.

Charges will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card in the case of credit/debit card bookings and will be deducted from the damage deposit in the case of other payment methods.

Reservations

Your reservation will be held for 3 days for you to confirm your booking, by acknowledging payment. After 3 days the reservation will automatically be removed from our system. Within 5 days of arrival we can only accept immediate payment of 25% deposit to confirm your booking immediately.

Check In/Out

You must check out by 11.00 am and check in after 2.00pm. The check in time may be flexible if the apartment was not booked the night before or if the previous visitors leave early. Please contact us shortly prior to your visit to arrange the possibility of an early check in. There is a surcharge of 40 pln (10 Euros) for check ins after 10.00 pm which should be paid to the representative who meets you at the apartment.

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for check ins after 01:30 am and 08:00 am.

Inclusions to Apartments in Cracow

Triple 'A' Krakow Apartments include linen and towels in addition to the Amenities and composition of apartments listed under the apartment details. Please ensure to check these details at time of booking. The apartment will also have been cleaned prior to arrival of the guest.

Payment

Payments can be made using most major credit cards, bank transfer or cash. Payments must be made in PLN, although other currencies may be accepted. For bank transfers the sender is responsible for any charges.

Personal Liability

Krakow Apartments under no circumstances takes any liability to personal injuries or damages sustained by guests staying in its apartments. Guests confirm that they have personal insurance that will protect them against any injuries sustained while residing in any apartment. The liability of triple 'A' shall be limited to the total cost of any amount paid for the booking in question and no more.

Sleeping Capacity and Usage

Under no circumstances must the number of guests exceed the maximum stated on your booking form, including babies and overnight guests. Any additional guests over the number described on the booking form will be charged at 0 to 20 Euros per person per night. No property may be used for business purposes of any sort without prior agreement in writing from triple 'A'
